Problem converting mesh to parasolid in FE Modeler

I am trying to do MEMS multiphysics simulation which involves pressure to an object to determine deformation, and then evaluating the capacitance of the deformed object.

Currently I can complete the deformation in Ansys Mechanical with no problem and the meshing includes contact meshing algorithms and uses MPC formulation so that no penetration of objects should occur.

I then export the mesh as a cdb file, and try to convert to parasolid for further EM simulations using FE Modeler. In FE modeler, I am getting the error:

"The Parasolid conversion failed for this geometry. Try to change the Skin Detection Tool parameters to obtain a more refined geometry."

I have tried many different meshing algorithms as well as different skin detection tools settings to no avail. The only thing odd to me is that in FE Modeler, under Mesh diagnostics, I get two warnings ("Beams do not have cross-section properties" and "Semi-parabolic elements"). I do not know how to eliminate these warnings because I do not specify a beam anywhere in ANSYS Mechanical.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am new to ANSYS.

Hi,
I have a very similar problem!
i need to evaluate the inside volume of deformed shape . i tried your procedure too but my parasolid file was not appropriate for further simulations because it had lots of gaps and uncoordinated surfaces...
also i have surfaces in parasolid file and how can i use them as solids??!!!!

did you find any solutions???
thanks a lot...
