Default Generating prism layers

Hey friends ! How are you ?

I have problem, with genereting prism layers, around ship its mesh for 2 phase flow. Do you have any advices, how to solve it ? I use Delaunay method.

After changing quatlity of prism to 0.0000001 is allright.
