Default problem with updating mesh in fluent module

Hi,
I am doing a simulation using ANSYS FLUENT 14.5 of effect of wind load on the cross section of pentagonal building. Inlet velocity is 13.5 m/s with various angle of attack like 0,9,18,27,36,45,63 degrees. But after crossing 27 degrees, I have found reverse flow. So, now most probably I have to increase downstream computational domain and outlet meshing properties like face size, fineness.
But when I update meshing properties and go to fluent there are several error messages like " Cannot change surface_body to fluid. They are different kinds."
"zone surface:invalid thread[2]"
"cx-restore: no views are restored"

Can anyone please help me through these?
Thanks.

For the surface body part, make sure the body type is fluid and the mesh generated is for CFD not mechanical.

For the reversed flow, it is only information that fluent is giving, there is nothing wrong in having reversed flow, it is not an error.
