[ANSYS Meshing] Should i mesh the periodic or symmetrical part of hub ?

Actually i am trying to mesh 1/3 rd part of wind turbine and i have given "ORFN" MATERIAL POINT inside hub and blade region so there is no volume mesh inside of it and my question is should i mesh the symmetrical part of hub or should it remain open, will it be problem for periodic or symmetry boundary condition and how i should i define periodic boundary condition for two symmetrical surface shown for outer domain.
