[ANSYS Meshing] Problem with meshing around the blade.

Hello,

I'm meshing the turbine blade in Y grid. I done the blocking(Please see pics). When i set the premesh, i realized something is wrong. the problem is edges around the blade. These edges are dissociated from the geometry(blade). My idea is this edges should create volume mesh in the domain but its meshing randomly on surface near the blade. when i saw with scan plane option, mesh around the blade it looks fine only at radial section (hydro foil, I created five hydro foils in the blade. please see pics) but i dont know how to fix this random mesh. Please help me, I'm stuck with this problem for two weeks.

Mesh at the radial section looks fine but below the radial section its not meshing properly. For an example, the scan plane section at tip and edges around the tip looks fine but below the tip section is not meshing properly. I dont know how to fix it. I need a help.
