Default Meshing of a Hollow beam

How to mesh a hollow beam? I clicked on generate mesh for the below showed body and did the analysis and ended up with error. deformation.jpg

could you please go thru help section of Ansys and learn how to mesh geometry?
You have to use sizing on the geometry and other things if you read thoroughly.
