[ANSYS Meshing] Problem with geometry

Hi,

I did geometry in SolidWorks and imported it to Ansys. When I did that geometry i realised that I dont have inlet and outlet surface to make boundary conditions. I went back to SolidWorks and made 2 surfaces inlet and outlet whose thickness were 0,0001 to close geometry. And my problem is that when I wanted to do mesh to 1 geometry without those 2 surfaces its not problem for ansys but when I tried it to do for second case ansys prints some alerts.

Can I make fictional surface in Ansys during declaration of boundary condintion ? or what should I do

I will be grateful for any help

2nd part of the question is not very clear but looks like when you add these parts you do dont make a single part from them in design modeller, dont worry about named selections for boundaries you can do this in the ansys meshing just select the face right click and see the option of naming the face, this face will then appear for boundary condition application in the software...

Ok. But when I made in SW a pipe empty inside and I want to analise fluid flow through it how should i declarate boundary condition when I dont have a wall on inlet and outlet. I have only edge of pipe and inside suraface but I need it to be on inlet to this pipe.
Maybe in ansys is a function to full an empty pipe with water or air etc. to analise that kind of flow.

P.S I'm new in that theme so maybe u could explain me that simple

you shudnt be making an empty pipe geometry. If you are doing fluid flow analysis make a pipe with the internal diameter of the pipe you have. this should be filled not empty, this is a mistake many beginners including me did...in other words just make a circle and extrude it to make the pipe, when you import this in design modeler you can select fluid as the geometry property now. the software will automatically detect the faces in the geometry i.e one face at inlet, one at outlet and the pipe wall, you just need to name these the inlet and outlet by selecting the faces in the meshing application to name your boundary conditions, now in the solver these names will be available to apply the boundary conditions, please go over through the tutorials all the basic stuff is explained in them...

You can also obtain the negative volume from the CAD program you used (i.e. SolidWorks) by different means. Every software has its own procedure. This is how it is done in Inventor for example:
