hi,
I am meshing a fan model I want to mesh it by tetra mesh, i am using the ICEM CFD software. The fan model has two parts one is rotor (impeller) and other one is the volute(stator). It is a centrifugal fan. The impeller is having the front shroud rear shroud and the blades. i want to mesh but there shoud be two domains meshed separately in one geometry. One is the stator and another one is the rotor. Is it possible? if so then how?
the same propblem i have to solve in cfx there i have to give gthe interface between stator and the rotor? there is some common surface.
give some idea.
thanks.
ukjha.
