Wind Turbine Geometry
 

I am a graduate student at the University of Nebraska and am looking for wind turbine geometry file for a research project. We are hoping to use this 3d model to model a faulty condition like rotor imbalance, gearbox failure, or icing, etc. Where can I find a 3d geometry file for a wind turbine?

You may get lucky, but I can tell you that my experience is that it is usually easier to just make your own model. Find a drawing or a picture and go from there...

Hi i'm senior student . This term i registered to Computational Fluid Dynamics lecture. And my lecturer wants us to do one of the cfd models at list that attached to the message. But i want to do cfd model of HAWT. I know that how i make a structured mesh but i haven't any geometry data about hawt. If anyone see the message , please contact me as soon as possible.
