More info?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I would need more info before I could help. How are you meshing it? Sweep or tetra/prism? Can you attach an image of the problem.

Meshing problem

What stator tutorial u are referring? The Turbo tutorial in Gambit, is it? Yes, i have tried it already.

I am using gambit to do the meshing. The bad quality mesh is appeared at the dege of blade. Now i tried to spilt the volume into two parts, the pressure side and suction side, however, the problem is still the same.

IF u need the file, can tell me yr mail and i can send it to you. I am trying lots of way to solve it

Really appreciate on that if u can give me some suggestion:)

same picture but with a zoom on the bad cells.

I am not sure, but is the leading surface ok? it seem to be corrupted
Advice: create a group with all the blade surfaces.
Disable the visibility of your volume, it should remain the group. Then enable the shade mode.
You will see if the blade surfaces are ok or not
