Meshing two phases

I am working on simulation of a two phase system, one floating on top of the other due to density differences. I want to understand the flow field on the interface of these two fluids which are set in motion by air injection. can you help me on the proper meshing possible for elaborate results.

Basically you can define 2 fluid zones.
You have to split your volume into 2 connected subvolumes.
Then you define each subvolume as fluid domain (say fluid1 & fluid2)
In Fluent you will be able to treat the 2 fluid domains separately by defining the right material parameters
