Hi Folks,

I created a sphere geometry inside a brick. Then I split both volumes and surrounded the sphere with a sizing function (shaped like a mach-cone). After that i applied a BL on the sphere surface and meshed both volumes. So far everything worked fine.

To reduce the amount of mesh-volumes i decided to use just one half of that geometry. I removed all meshes and BLs and cut it in half.

Now when i try to attach the BL onto the surface of the half sphere it generates the BL but at one spot its becoming thinner and later its growing back to normal thinkness again. I used the Uniform sheme for the BL. Does anybody have an idea why this asymmetry results and/or how to remove it?

Thanks in advance,
Jochen
