Different Types of meshing

Hey,
I have a question about using different sorts of meshes in Gambit. I want to split up a face in 4 different faces. In 2 faces i want to use a Tri - Pave mesh and in the 2 others a Quad - Map mesh. In front and aft of the 'boat' i should use a Quad - map mesh for a good resolution of the free water surface. All the rest doenst really matter so i use a tri mesh. The boat is substracted from the Flow Volume and the meshing is ok. But when i export te mesh, Gambit makes a (default) wall BC of the edges 1-4 (colored in red) So what should i do so i can split up the face for an optimal meshing but without this wall BC? any help is appreciated!!
