I am trying to analyse a NACA aerofoil. I have fiddled around with the ANSYS workbench mesh, however I am not to pleased.
The other option I have is ICEM, I have no experience with blocking, and I find the learning curve quite steep. Is there a tutorial, website or University material which explains meshing airfoils in ICEM? Thanks! T |

My email was down much of today... and since no one was bugging me with work, I finally made a 2D Hexa airfoil tutorial (in three parts) to answer this frequently asked question.
They are on the ANSYS YouTube site... http://www.youtube.com/ansysinc I hope it helps... Last edited by PSYMN; April 17, 2010 at 00:05. Reason: update. |
