Problem importing solidworks to gambit
 

Hello, I have a problem importing a solidworks file to gambit. In solidworks I have an airfoil, I want to introduce it in gambit. If I save the file in:

1) IGES--> Gambit only can read if I choose in gambit: translator: native.

I can see the airfoil with a lot of mistakes

2) ACIS--> I have in gambit:

Imported: 0 acis body, 0 face, 0 edge, 0 vertex

3) STEP

Warning (0) Deletefile (C:\................)
Transaltion Failed


What can I do?

I've had good luck bringing it in as a parasolid.

Thank you Chris D for your fast answer. I can´t save it like parasolid, solidworks show this mistake:

"You can´t save the file because the piece´s geometry isn´t valid for this mode of saving"

How do you do it?
If you doesn´t matter, can you send me the file in parasolid?

Hello, Chirs D, what version do you have of solidworks? I´ve solidworks 2009. I still can´t change the file´s format.
