Boundary Meshing on Splitting Geometry

I am working in Gambit with a 3D geometry created in SolidWorks. I need to create a boundary layer on a circular tube that splits into more circular tubes. Using the boundary layer options in Gambit has worked for very simple geometries but how do I make a boundary layer for a more complex geometry. I would like to have my boundary layer start from the surface of my solid and grow inwards on all faces except for the inlets and the outlets.

Thank you in advance for any replies and please let me know if you need any further information.

pick all the surfaces except inlet and outlet.
Enable "internal continuity" option

I switched over to ICEM and got what I needed.
