3D skewed elements
I am modelling a thin slice of a turbine blade cross section. The cross section is formed by revolving a cross sectional path and then splitting the turbine blade volume with the revolved path. When I go to mesh the geometry surrounding the blade, all of the faces are fine except for one. When I attempt to mesh it, it gives me a highly skewed mesh warning. Normally I would reduce the mesh size, but the skew is actually protruding from the face, in 3 dimensional space, even though there is no material there because of the revolved split. Why could this be happening? If I reduce the size of the mesh, it does not protrude so far, but it still protrudes and will not let me produce a useable mesh.

Ah, sorry to take so long to reply, I was on holiday for a week. It turns out that something went wrong at some point with a projected edge that didn`t quite make it to the correct position. Everything seems to be working now, but thanks anyway.
