That is very basic. Start with a tutorial.

If you are starting from scratch and have not yet developed any Gambit expertise, I suggest you skip Gambit and try the ANSYS Meshing tool (if you have access).

With that tool, the meshing will be somewhat automatic, but again, I recommend the tutorials.
