Is any body here can mesh this step file ?
I can not mesh this, after meshing the main face will be loss.
please help me.

You didn't really provide enough info to help you much (such as what was your problem and what kind of mesh do you even want?), but I was curious so I opened the file...

Should there be more than this? (is that what you meant by Face lost? Is something missing?)

Is your problem that you have a bad model?

Step is the second worst format out there (IGES is worse), if you output this from a CAD package, see if they can output ACIS (best for Gambit since it has an ACIS kernel) or Parasolid (Best for DesignModeler for similar reasons)

If you output in a better format your downstream problems may go away
