Question How to mesh with Rhinoceros software?

Hi every body,
Is there anyone who works with Rhinoceros software?
This is something like auto cad but can mesh the geometry and make a report of the points of the triangle or quad mesh, I couldn't find out how to do this?

Try Exporting your created Geometry in .stl format or iges format in your favourate mesher
