Weird legend
 

Hi guys,

I attached a picture which shows weird "blocks" around the vertices. Some are bigger than others. Does someone know what does it mean, and where does it come from ?

did you do some splitting on those edges?

Edge Splits.
 

Newbie will have to change his name... He is not a newbie anymore...;)

But yes, those are edge splits. You could move them or remove them. They help control edge curvature, but you don't really need them here (straight edge).

I notice that your sharp feature edge that has these edge splits is only surface associated, you should probably associate that edge to the curve... Always associate edges to curves if you have them...

Thanks ! I used the option "remove splits" to delete those "boxes".
