give the answer

High speed flows can be simulated with what type of solver that disregards viscosity?
i gave "euler solver" but its telling the ans is wrong

u dont know such an easy answer

PSYMN August 5, 2010 09:39

Inviscid Euler

I would also have guessed a Euler equation solver, especially for inviscid compressible aerodynamics...

what is "telling" you the answer is wrong?

ashish agrahari August 6, 2010 06:26

here telling is "cfd online random question"....cfd online has asked that question

PSYMN August 6, 2010 08:34

Oh, I have never seen that... And can't find it either, Can you post a link?

I thought Ashish was just giving Irshad22 a hard time... I figured maybe you knew eachother in real life, went to the same school or something...

The answer's "euler" w/o the solver part =)

Turbulence decays and eventually creates what?

Thank You.
