[Meshing] Density region equivalent?

Hi,

I'm using ANSYS Meshing Application v12.1 inside Workbench with the Patch Conforming Tetrahedron method for a external aerodynamics simulation.

Does anyone know how element sizings can be set for elements that are not on edges or faces, in this instance refining the elements to capture the wake of the vehicle?

The equivalent in ICEM CFD is the Desnity Region and in CFX-Mesh it's the Points/Line/Triangle Controls.

The closest I can find in the Guide is the Body of Influence, but I'm not sure this is actually the correct way as it doesn't require defining a region in the flowfield for the required element sizing.

It is odd that such a feature is not in Meshing Application considering ANSYS want this too be their sole mesh program.

Thanks
