Mesh improvement (*.grd, *.gtm files)

Hi,
I have two files, first has been created in CFX-TASCFlow, second in CFX Mesh. I would like to increase mesh density in both files.
How can I do it? I have only mesh files without geometry.
Is it possible to convert Tri to Hex elements also?

I would be grateful for any suggestions.
Regards,
doodek

ICEM CFD offers mesh import and mesh editing... You could import and refine or do a 1 tet to 4 hex conversion (not usually worth doing, but you could). Or you could convert the mesh to a faceted geometry and just mesh it again...

Since you don't have geometry, you can't really expect the surface curvature to get refined.
