What is the sequence of nodes in a tetrahedral element

I have a cube with a hole meshed with tetrahedral elements. I have got the excel file listing all the elements and another file listing the node numbers and its co-ordinates. I would like to define the faces of the tetrahedron in such a way that the nodes are addressed in anticlockwise direction when looking from outside the element. i.e the normal vector to the face should point out of the element by right hand rule.

While i was successful in addressing the faces for most of the region in the cube, there seems to be a problem near the hole where the mesh is finer and the elements are also oriented in various directions.

I think the elements are defined as I J K K M M M M therefore MKI MIJ MJK JIK represent the faces in the desired order but it does not seem to be the case for elements with all/different orientations. What is the general sequence for addressing the faces for any element irrespective of its orientation?

I am using the meshing and the solid for a non mechanical other than stress strain analysis hence the exercise.
