Dear All,

could you tell me how to split a imported body into 2 with a surface?
in Design Modeler?

Also, how can I split a body to 2 volumes so later they can be treated separately in CFX?

Thanks a lot in advance for any help!

Hi slowtype,
yes I fogured it out myself. As far as I remember freeze was the key for doing the split.

hello la7low

I am a beginner, I have a geometry with two pipes connected at 90. I have to cut them at the elbow and mesh the elbow with tets and then sweep it along with linear sections but I do not understand how I can do it. My drawing is attached. can you please describe the procedure step by step how you cut the geometry and sweep it linearly.

Regards
