hello. i'm looking for some tips/ideas for creating a mesh for the attached image. it is a Steeppass fishway that i will use to run a VOF open channel model. when i just let the ANSYS mesher do its thing (automatic patch conforming/sweeping)i have trouble with skewness. the channel is ~20 ft long, the cross section is ~18" wide by 24" deep, and the baffles are .25" thick. let me know if any additional information is needed to make suggestions for how to proceed.
