How to handle suction and pressure side of an airfoil as two different parts?

Hi everyone,

I have the following problem:

I've made block-structured mesh in ICEM (2D), I applied the boundary conditions, and the airfoil consists of two curves (parts):
-suction side
-pressure side

I used wall BC for both of them, then I convert it into *.msh (before that I must convert it into unstructured mesh).

The problem is: only one of these wall BC-s are remaining, the two parts of the airfoil are merged.
Is there any method, to keep those 2 different parts with the same wall BC different in .msh form as well?

That would be extremely useful for me at post-processing part, handling suction and pressure sides as different parts, even if they make a continuous wall boundary.

Thank you!
:)
