Hi,

I need to create a zero thickness baffle or vane for Fluent. The objective is to avoid the thickness to reduce the mesh number and complexity.

My vanes do not separate completely any body, not split. I remember than in Gambit was very simple to do that.

I am using Solidworks-> Design modeler-> Meshing -> Fluent.

I am sending attached a image to describe the problem. Some baffles that cut the body, not cross completely the body.

Thanks in advance
