How to copy mesh and geometry in Ansys MA

I have this very complex geometry with lots of boundary conditions which took me 3 days to set all boundaries through named selection.

Now, my problem is I want to have exact same geometry with exact same boundary conditions in the same file( it is a pipe with some details at both ends and I want to make it two attached pipes).

I know I can do it through import function in DM but in that case I have to do meshing and named selection all over again.

Is there any way in MA to copy the exact same geometry with the same mesh and boundary condition and put it in a desired coordinates in the same file?
