[ICEM] Boundary Condition issue

Hi all,

I am using icem cfd to create a mesh for a 2d airfoil.I use my own solver and use the mesh from ICEM. My code is parallel so i am trying to generate 2 fluent.msh files and use them as 2 different blocks for my code.I have create a 2d mesh and then i split the topo in two.

My problem is that I can't define a block edge as a boundary to apply interblock boundary conditions. Is there a way to do that?.

I have pictures attached so you can see what i mean above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much

Divide Blocks into different Parts (as two Fluid Cell zones).

Thank you very much i will try that and post the results.

Associate Edge to Curve

Yes, as soon as you have two different volumes, ICEM CFD will automatically want to create a boundary... But you will still need to associate that medial edge with a curve if you need the line elements for your boco
