Hello, Guys:
I am trying to simulate a boudary layer and therefore i need to construct the geografical landscape in DM. Does anybody know how to import the geografical landscape, which i have already the data as a certain format, into DesignModeler or AnsysMeshing? Thanks Yang |

FILE > Import Geometry> ICEM CFD Mesh Nastran Patran STL WRML Plot3d Rhino 3DM Acis CATIA V4 DDN COMAK DWG GEMS IDI ParaSolid STEP/IGES Formatted Point data Reference Geometry ProE SolidWorks UG So if your data is in any of the formats above, I think you can import into ICEM and create your mesh for FLUENT or the relevant solver. You can alternatively draw your model in ICEM. |
