WARNING: Mesh has uncovered edges. ANSYS Fluent needs a complete boundary (lines in 2D) or it will give a variety of errors and not read in the mesh! If this was 2D Hexa, perhaps your edges are not associated with perimeter curves
This is a U-shaped tunnel, there is a cylinder in the middle.
I've checked edge associations and I think my boundary is complete, but still get this warining. ICEM.PNG
As a result, I cannot import the mesh into Fluent.Fluent.PNG
Here is my ICEM file, sarp_u.zip. Hope you guys can help me! Thank!

Well...
this problem has been reported countless times.

And also the solution:

Check all boundary associations. All.

Use the check mesh feature.

For a 2d case i prefer to do this: blank all mesh elements but the line elements.
This way you will see which boundary hasn't been converted to unstructured, or which wasn't meshed.

With regards,
Sebastian

The hint to check the edge/curve association is still very much valid.
I had a problem like that and what I did I unchecked the boxes in ICEMCFD for the curves and then I could see that some edges had not been created or were not associated with the curves.
After I started over and made the correct associations, everything worked. To verify, I unchecked the curves box again and the remaining box with the edges showed every edge correctly.
