Default Bondary condition in axis

Hi;
I have to made a 2D cylindrical and annular geometry wich is axisymmetric
the axis is not far from the first wall and I want to mesh the annular space, how can I define the BC between the axis and the first vertical wall ,knowing that I have velocity inlet in bottom and pressur outlet at top in exit and wall at left and right as shown in imageimage22.JPG
