[ANSYS] Surface mesh error

Hi meshers =)

Got a question regarding surface meshing using ANSYS CFX.

With ICEM meshing using the blocking method, i've been able to generate a hex mesh which conforms around a curved surface. This gives virtually an error free surface mesh. However, with ANSYS MA tet mesh this produces a 'jagged' mesh around the curved surface. I've not been able identify the option within MA to have the tet mesh conform to the surface.

Is there a workaround instead?

Can you post some views of your geometry?

Is it a surface geometry you want to mesh.? if yes then use the Mapped face meshing.
Or if it is cylindrical solid then use sweep method.

It should work.

Thanks, Kumar. I'll give your suggestion a try =)
