block and mesh pipe in pipe

Hello,

i want to mesh a double pipe. In the inner piperflows the fluid in on direction and in the other pipe it flows in the opposite direction. Please have a look at the picture. In wanted to make 4 o-grids, so that I can associate them to the different diameters. The first o-grid has functioned. But the second wonīt work. There is the message.

The o-grid was not successful.
A minor internal error has occurred.
You may continue to work but if problems arise they may be related to this error.
Try using the check/fix function to fix the problem
The following message was designed to aid developers fix the problem:

no blocks marked

After this I canīt see anymore the block i have marked before. He is disappered.

I donīt know why.
In which way would you make the blocks for this geometry?

Thank you for your help.

I dont see your geometry/pictures. By the way, the geometry what I assume from your post looks simple and there should not be any problem in meshing it. Post the pictures as image files, only then I can give you the exact idea on meshing....
