I am trying to design a catalytic converter which is a porous W-shaped in a square channel. So, I connected each part as a solid extrude with adding material and for square channel, I have connected as a surface body as solid. For fluid, I have used same dimension as surface body but by extruding as frozen. But how can I joint all the separated solid part of W ??? When I mention extrude as add material, are they already connected at junction? And also if I am not right, please give me advice.

Extrude everything by "add frozen", then use Boolean-unite.
