Hi everyone,

I am trying to do a multiple reference frame calculation in FLUENT. For this i have two volumes with one inside the other with a common surface(interface) . As per the tutorials for fluent, i have to set this surface as an interior surface. But no matter how i name or whatever i do in mesher, this shows up as two different surfaces occupying the same space - and set as walls. I am not able to change this in to an interior surface as described in the tutorial.

I got the two volumes by naming then separately as named spaces in mesher.

Any help that you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.

regards,

Actually they should be two different faces, as they will be the interface between your rotating and stationary domains. So what you have to do is create an interface in FLUENT that connects this two surfaces.

Cheers
