Hexa Dominant Meshing Problem

I am currently creating a windtunnel simulation of a car in ICEM CFD. I have created the blocks around the car as SOLID and the rest of the volume of the windtunnel as LIVE. On computing the mesh, the surface mesh is formed but the hexa dominant meshing throws up an error - "error orienting normals, perhaps there is more than one region error in output_region_boundaries Hex Dominant meshing failed". Can anyone please advise me on how to proceed from here. I am not that experienced in ICEM CFD, any help would be appreciated.

You need to merge some nodes:
edit mesh->merge nodes->set tolerance->ignore projection-> select all |
