Hi ;

I am trying to mesh 2 bodies. These two bodies have 5 parts also. I do not want to combine 2 bodies into one because mesihng geometry with two bodies is easier. But I have some problem. When I import mesh intofluent, there is a boundary condition which is assigned as wall but I want this BC to be interior. In addition, these wall is between two fluid regions so there seems to be no problem in changing to interior but I can not!!! Please help me otherwise I will be dismissed with my ms thesis.

With Regards

The interior bc is for a volume, not a face, which is what a wall bc is. I think you need an interface between the two fluids on either side of the "wall".

I'm having the same issue (posted it in fluent subfolder)

But with the addition that I cannot select Interface.
It's formed a boundary together with the mirrored version and i can only select:
*fan
*interior
*porous-jump
*radiator
*wall

Hi

I am trayinh to mesh a geometry using multizone meshing method. Firstly I am meshing geometry which is sweepable so I get a hex mesh. Then I continue with second body with multizone method. But when it creates mesh for second body, it removes the mesh generated at first body. Does any body knows the reason?
