edit mesh->convert type mesh-> all to tetra.
After, if you need, smooth mesh globally.

Thank you for the reply,

my question was that is there any requirments to get a good quality for tetra during the generation of hexa meshing asI still do get poor quality after I do the these steps.

thank you

this tool simply convert to tetra. You can before improve the hexa, or after improve the tetra.

Why are you doing this?

In some cases, users have solvers that can only handle tetras (no prisms or hexas). Usually those solvers can handle the very poor tetras that you will get when you turn a thin prism or hexa into tetras.

You should not expect to turn hexas into tetras and get good quality everywhere unless you had very uniform hexas. A thin high aspect ratio hexa with zero skew and all right angles will turn into very low quality an-isotropic tetras.
