Default Meshing Simple rotating domain in a External stationary domain

HI

I am Meshing Simple rotating domain which is sitting in a big Stationary(Rectangular) external domain.Time being it is hanging in the Middle of the stationary domain.I am Meshing this with Two material points one for Stat and one for Rotat.When i generate Volume mesh, the ICEM could not able to generate the Rotating domain volume mesh.Could any body help me out.Its very urgent
