Mesh a pie geometry with hexahedral and prism elements

Hello,

I would like to produce a structured mesh for a pie section that in the radial direction has one layer of prism elements at the center of curvature and multiple layers of hexahedral elements away from it extending to the circumferential arc. The result should be a grid with the same number of angular elements at each radial position. My question is what is the best way to create a mesh as described in ICEM CFD. Thank you.
