fill tool

Hey.. I have a problem with the tool "fill" of DM. At first I had a pipe with 8 hole at the end (see the figure) and I have done the "fill with cap". Now I done this pipe as 3 different body because I should to mesh in different way. Now I'm working with 1/4 of geometry. The bodies are frozen and one is an active body because I'm not able to make the holes in a frozen body. When I tried to "fill" the single and 4/4 pipe everythink was ok, with a single and 1/4 pipe ansys told me that "No new fill volume was created from selected body sets" and that "cannot create inverse volume". This error is shown also whit the 3 different body and 1/4 geometry... It's seems that the problem is working with 1/4 geometry... What's the problem??
Thank you

Hello Alessandra,
Can you share the solution for this?
I have the same problem and I cannot find a work around.
If anybody has an idea, please help.

Unfortunately I don't remember which was the solution, it was long time ago and I had several problems. Maybe I solved it adding a new surface or creating a quarter geometry since the beginning.

It's OK, I figured it out.
The problem was that I had a small surface that made the body to be open, that is it was not water tight.
