modified files (cyli_mod) http://www.4shared.com/rar/pSIUuhhK/Smallcylinder.html

Just changed name of solid to fluid (should not make any difference) and deleted few internal surfaces (thin wall, not needed in this case) and every thing is fine now. Also divided wall into wall1, wall2 and wall3 depending on curvature change.

First ! I appreciate your help

next...the problem still hasn't solved . It will be easier when you watch the flash file below ( can open by browser ...IE, Chrome ... )

compare on ICEM & Ansys Meshing .

if you are talking about interior then interior name is changed by icem and you get the different name . For example it is int_fluid instead of just fluid, just change the name in boundary condition panel

Which meshing is correct: ANSYS meshing mesh or ICEM mesh?

ANSYS meshing mesh is correct. As my video, the wall include a part of small cylinder that submerge in large cylinder ( it is internal wall )

Yes , it is shared wall

but why I can't creat wall4 like you ! , "Volume part" in "associate face to surface" must be a part of blocks
