volume creation problem
 

I import my geometry inside ICEM
it consist of 3 parts
1-Big Air Domain (Fluid)
2-small Air Domain(Fluid)
3-Turbine Blade (solid)
(please see my Image first)
The problem is
I need to create one Volume contains the two parts (1 &2) that between them an interior surfaces

I followed the following Forum discussion

But after meshing process I discovered that only the Big Air Domain is meshed (NO meshing occurred in small Air Domain)

I think the error in the "Body create" procedures, I was choose two points inside Big Air Domain with Name "Air" then with the same name "Air" I choose another two points inside small Air Domain (please see image)

Any suggestion Pls.
