Default How to obtain 2D boundary layers

For such a 2D structure, the mesh was auto-generated by ICEM, 2D boundary layers were needed around the oval holes? What should i do to obtain 2D boundary layers around the oval holes?

Set the curve mesh parameters of Height, Height Ratio and Number of Layers for the curves where BL need to be generated.
