2- a mesh around a wing?
3- designing and meshing around a wind turbine blade+ hub

THANKS A LOT
FOR SURE you care about other people

I have some questions:

how did u created the initial surfaces and then deleted the smaller circular one?
and also, about the EDGE ASSOCIATION when you have created the 2-D PLANAR block? To what curves have you associated each edge?

1) create point 0,0,0

2) then two more points 0.5,0,0 and 0, 0.5, 0

3) another two points 10, 0, 0 and 0, -10, 0

4). Now create two circles for points in step 2 and 3 with centre from step 1 and angle 360

5). divide larger circle into four parts, for this you need two more points, so copy each points for larger circle by 90 deg

6). Go to surface panel and create surface for larger circle

7). Use build topology

8) delete newly created smaller circle.

First I made planner block and then associated all four edges (selected in one go) and associated them to all four curves. Same goes for smaller circle when you make the o-grid

Assign different material to inner most block (inside smaller circle)

I'll have trouble with this method because I want the left side of the larger circle to be INLET and the right side to be OUTLET
but with this method I cant assign different Boundary Conditions to them

If you use the pressure far field then no problem other wise you have to modify the method, means two edges to two curves and other two edges to two other curves. got it?

There were three problems present in cylinder case

1. Build topology and delete inner surface (Fig 1)

2. Association of inner circle and assigning different material to inner block (see attached files)

3. Mesh parameters (too many nodes were there)
