Hi,
How to draw the convergent divergent shaped nozzle, in which the variation of area is given by A=0.1+2.58x^2, using Ansys 13 Design Modeller. Pl. reply |

I never tried, but that will be drawing a set of point using that equation. Then using the "draw a curve", you will connect these point to each others using the spline option in curve. Let me know if it works

Thanks for the reply. Actually I have also did in the same way as u have mentioned, but the problem in that case is every time I have to join those points by spline and it will be really a hard work as I have to work on the same type of geometry with different const i.e., A(x)=0.1x^2+2*x (where, I have to take 100 variation of the const 0.1) it means for every data point I have to join them to create 100 geometry...
Is there any other method to do that? |
