vikas171092 is on a distinguished road
I am working on a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) model of water pump intakes for cooling systems using Ansys 13.0 (Fluent) software

I have attached the geometry on which I am working and have few doubts
1) Do I need to give thickness to the pipes and other geometries in order to specify inside part as fluid{water} and outside part as wall {Mild steel}
2) What boundary conditions do I need to specify to the top free surface { i.e pressure inlet or symmetry or pressure outlet …}
